As a full-service restoration contractor, Complete Care Restoration employs a full staff of proprietary repair trades. With employee trades such as framers, drywallers, painters, finishing carpenters, etc., we use our own in-house staff to perform the repairs for your insureds. This allows greater control and flexibility for scheduling and ensures we have a consistent and professional presence during the restoration process. All staff arrive in Complete Care Restoration vehicles displaying our name and logo combined with the staff also in Complete Care apparel at all times, identifying themselves as part of the restoration process. Complete Care Restoration follows the ICC flooring material valuation process and uses Xactimate for all estimating profiles. With any approved repair estimate, prior to starting any repairs, we meet with the insured for a full scope walkthrough explaining everything that will and will not be part of the repair process with the insured signing off on the scope. All changes and additional private work separate from the insurance claim is documented on written change orders along with a private contractor agreement with the insured. We realize that 99% of an insured’s satisfaction of a claim is formed during the repair process and we endeavor to make this portion of the claim a positively memorable one through communication and care for an insured’s home.
